Package Overview: A complete wedding setup package combining traditional rental items, selected purchase items, fresh flowers, and pooja flower essentials.

• Spray Rose Mix – 1 kg
• Betel Leaves – 50 count
• Mango Leaves – 50 count

Package Fulfillment Location: Pickup only at Aubrey, Texas.

Rental Period: Rental items are charged for the booked rental day(s). Pickup is 7–9 PM on the selected pickup date. Return is 9 AM–4 PM on the selected return date. The return date must be after the pickup date.

Multiple-Day Bookings: If multiple days are booked, inventory is reserved for the entire booked period. Unused booked days are not refundable, and rental charges are not prorated for early return.

Rental Design Availability: Exact rental designs, colors, dimensions, finishes, and minor details may vary. If the exact design shown is unavailable because of prior bookings, late returns, maintenance, damage, or other circumstances, we will provide the best available comparable design from our current rental collection.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required for the rental portion of the package. It is released after all rental items are returned and inspected, less applicable damage, missing-item, excessive-cleaning, late-return, or other rental charges. Customers remain responsible for charges exceeding the deposit.

Cleaning & Care – Rental Items: All rental items must be returned clean and in the condition received, allowing for normal rental wear. Follow any item-specific cleaning instructions provided at pickup. Cleaning charges may apply if items require excessive cleaning.

Damage / Missing Rental Items: The customer is responsible for all rental items from pickup until return. Charges may apply for damage, breakage, missing components, loss, or items not returned. Responsibility is not limited to the security-deposit amount.

Rental Item Condition: Rental items are reused and may show minor normal wear or finish variation. Items are inspected between rentals.

No Permanent Alterations: Rental items may not be painted, cut, drilled, glued, stapled, nailed, or otherwise permanently altered.

Fresh Flower & Leaf Variation: Fresh flowers and leaves naturally vary in size, shade, bloom stage, shape, and availability. Exact colors, shapes, and arrangements cannot be guaranteed. We will use the closest suitable available flowers and leaves where necessary.

Fresh Item Care: Keep garlands and Veni refrigerated until close to use. Store fresh leaves and flowers appropriately, away from excess heat and direct sunlight, and handle gently.

Purchase Item Variation: Handcrafted and natural purchase items may vary slightly in color, decorative placement, size, and finishing. A 100% exact match to reference images cannot be guaranteed.

Inspect at Pickup: Please inspect all rental items at pickup and report existing significant damage or missing components immediately.

Fulfillment: Rental items must follow the pickup/return requirements shown for the booking. Purchase, fresh-flower, and pooja-flower items are yours to keep and do not need to be returned. Any eligible delivery or shipping options shown at checkout apply only where available for the applicable package components and destination. Fresh items may require expedited shipping when shipping is available.

Changes & Late Returns: Changes are subject to availability. Late rental returns may affect the next reservation and may result in additional charges.
