Refund policy

Since these are items are customized, we do not accept return or refund. we share all photos before shipment so you can able to see what we shipping. If any damages during the transist, we will be able to work with courier and get the eligible amount.

 


Rental Policy – Manu Wedding Accessories

Rental Duration

 

  • All rentals are on a daily basis (24 hours).
  • The rental period starts from the time of pickup or delivery.
  • If items are returned after 24 hours, it will be considered an additional day.
  • A grace period of up to 2 hours is allowed without extra charge.
  • Delays of more than 2 hours will be charged as an additional day.

 

Reservation Policy

  • Items are reserved only after full payment (including deposit).
  • Availability is not guaranteed until payment is completed.

 

Security Deposit

  • A security deposit is required for all rental items, based on the item value.
  • Any extra rental days will be deducted from the deposit.
  • If additional charges exceed the deposit, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of drop-off.
  • The deposit may be partially or fully withheld in case of damages, delays, or policy violations.

Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup and drop-off are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Local delivery may be arranged via Uber Courier, depending on item size, weight, and availability.
  • For courier deliveries, Manu Wedding Accessories is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused during transit by third-party services.
  • Customers must inform and coordinate prior to drop-off.

Usage Responsibility

  • The customer is fully responsible for proper usage and handling of all rental items during the rental period.
  • If items are handled by decorators, venues, or third parties, the customer remains fully responsible for their condition and return.

Condition, Cleaning & Repaint

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • If cleaning is required, cleaning charges will be applied based on the effort involved.
  • Minor damages or repairable issues will be charged based on actual repair cost and deducted from the deposit.

 

 

 

Damages & Non-Return

  • Any damage beyond repair, the customer is fully responsible for the total cost of the item.
  • If the item is not returned under any circumstances, the customer is liable for the full item cost, and an invoice will be sent to the registered home address.

Security Deposit Refund

  • The deposit will be refunded after inspection of the returned items.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
  • Delays may occur during busy wedding schedules.

Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellations are allowed once payment (including deposit) is made.


 

 

 

Agreement & Acknowledgment

 

  • This rental policy will be shared digitally (WhatsApp, invoice, on website or message).
  • No physical signature is required.
  • Once shared, it will be considered as read, understood, and accepted (auto-agreed) by the customer.
