Rental Ordering Guide
When to Order
We recommend reserving rental items as soon as your event date is confirmed because quantities are limited and availability depends on existing bookings. Bookings made within 7 calendar days of the scheduled pickup date are considered last-minute rentals and are final immediately after payment.
How to Order Rentals
Select your rental item, quantity, pickup date/time, and return date/time. Rental availability depends on the selected dates and existing reservations.
Pickup & Return
Pickup is scheduled between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM on your selected pickup date. Select your return time between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the scheduled return date. Rentals must be returned by the selected time and no later than 4:00 PM.
There is no automatic grace period. Extensions require advance approval, are subject to availability, and may require additional payment.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit applies. When multiple rental items are booked in one order, the maximum security deposit collected is $300 per order. This is a deposit cap only and does not limit responsibility for damage, loss, missing items, cleaning, repair, replacement, or additional rental time.
Eligible deposit refunds are normally initiated within 1–3 business days after all items are returned and inspected. Bank processing may take additional time.
Inspect Your Rental
Please inspect the item when you receive it and immediately report visible pre-existing damage or missing components.
Decorative / Photo Props
Isurayi, Rolu & Rokali, and German Silver Cradle are decorative/photo props only. They are intended for photography, event décor, symbolic staging, and ceremonial display—not functional traditional use.
Small amounts of traditional materials may be staged with Rolu, Rokali, or Isurayi for photographs, but the items should not be used for grinding, pounding, or other functional purposes. The German Silver Cradle is not a functional baby cradle, infant sleeping space, or unattended baby-holding product.
Returns
Return all pieces, accessories, hardware, covers, cushions, containers, and other components supplied with the rental. Do not leave rentals outside or unattended unless Manu Wedding Accessories has approved the return arrangement in advance.
Cancellation
Regular rental bookings may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment for a refund of rental charges. Bookings made within 7 calendar days of pickup are last-minute rentals and are final immediately after payment. After the applicable 24-hour cancellation period, rental charges are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Date changes are subject to availability and approval. Price differences or additional rental charges must be paid. Rescheduling does not guarantee availability of the originally selected item or design.
