When to Order

For fresh wedding garlands, we recommend ordering at least 10–15 days before your wedding or event date. In some cases, we may accept orders even within 24 hours of the event, depending on flower availability, garland type/design, quantity, destination, and shipping requirements. For last-minute orders, please WhatsApp or call us before ordering.

Shipping Across the USA

Manu Wedding Accessories ships eligible products across the USA. Fresh flower products require special shipping arrangements based on the destination, quantity, delivery day, and event date.

Fresh Garland Shipping

Fresh garlands are carefully packed in protective plastic garland boxes with cooling material/ice packs when appropriate, and then placed inside the cardboard shipping box.

Fresh garlands generally require overnight shipping so they arrive as close as practical to the event. Saturday delivery may carry an additional charge. Sunday delivery is generally not offered. Shipping charges depend on the order, carrier, destination, and delivery day.

When Your Garlands Arrive

Carefully remove the plastic garland boxes from the cardboard shipping box. Keep the garlands inside the plastic garland boxes and follow the storage and refrigeration instructions provided for your flower type.

Do not leave the garlands inside the cardboard shipping box after delivery.

Refrigeration & Event-Day Care

For fresh wedding garlands, refrigerate approximately 3–4 hours before wearing. If the garlands are for a next-day event, keep them refrigerated according to the provided care instructions. Remove them approximately 10–20 minutes before wearing.

Avoid excessive heat and direct sunlight. If a refrigerator is unavailable, keep the flowers cool using appropriate ice packs/cooling arrangements while avoiding direct contact that could damage the flowers.

Jasmine

Fresh jasmine is particularly sensitive to heat and storage. Jasmine venis/strings sourced from India generally last approximately 3 days under proper refrigeration, but freshness varies because these are natural flowers. Jasmine may brown faster with heat, direct sunlight, improper refrigeration, or improper closure/storage.

Shipping is planned based on your event/wedding date and required delivery date. Please provide accurate event information when requested.
