We are not responsible for delays or additional expenses caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Customers must promptly notify us of any requested changes. Changes are not guaranteed after preparation, fulfillment or shipping has begun.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping dates and carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

Shipping may be affected by:

• Weather
• Carrier delays
• Transportation disruptions
• Incorrect addresses
• Recipient unavailability
• Holiday volume
• Events outside our reasonable control

The customer is responsible for reviewing and agreeing to our Shipping and Delivery Policy before placing an order.

Customers purchasing products for a wedding or event should allow sufficient time for processing, shipping, inspection and storage.

12. Local Pickup

Customers must wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before arriving for pickup.

Pickup is by appointment from the approved location.

Customers should contact us approximately one hour before leaving for pickup. Final packing and order verification may require an additional 10–15 minutes.

Customers should inspect their order at pickup and report any visible problem immediately.

The exact residential pickup address must not be shared publicly or used for unauthorized visits.

13. Local Delivery and Third-Party Couriers

Local delivery may be available for an additional charge depending on distance, item size, schedule and driver availability.

We may use independent third-party delivery services when agreed upon.

The customer must provide:

• Correct delivery address
• Working telephone number
• Complete access instructions
• Venue or gate information
• A person available to receive the order

Responsibility for purchased products generally transfers to the customer after confirmed delivery.

Rental responsibility continues until the rental items are returned and receipt is confirmed by Manu Wedding Accessories.

14. Rentals

All rental orders are governed by our separate Rental and Return Policy.

Rental customers agree to:

• Return items by the agreed date and time
• Pay applicable late-return charges
• Protect and properly handle rental items
• Return all parts and accessories
• Pay for damage, cleaning, missing parts or loss
• Pay replacement costs for lost or unreturned items
• Pay any valid amount exceeding the security deposit

The security deposit is not the maximum amount a rental customer may owe.

Rental items remain the property of Manu Wedding Accessories at all times.

Customers may not sell, sub-rent, permanently alter or transfer rental items without written permission.

15. Rental Security Deposits

A refundable security deposit may be required before rental items are released.

The deposit may be applied toward:

• Additional rental days
• Late-return charges
• Excessive cleaning
• Damage
• Repairs
• Missing parts
• Lost items
• Unreturned items
• Replacement costs
• Other valid rental charges

Any remaining refundable balance will be processed after the rental items are returned and inspected.

When applicable charges exceed the deposit, the customer remains responsible for the unpaid balance.

16. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by the applicable:

• Return and Refund Policy
• Shipping and Delivery Policy
• Rental and Return Policy
• Product-page terms
• Written custom-order agreement

Fresh, customized, personalized and made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or return after preparation begins.

Rental reservations hold inventory for a particular date. Rental payments may therefore be nonrefundable after booking, as explained in the Rental and Return Policy.

Shipping charges, rush fees and customization fees may be nonrefundable once the related service has been performed.

Nothing in these Terms limits a customer’s rights when such rights cannot legally be limited.

17. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products

Customers must inspect their order promptly after delivery or pickup.

Shipping damage, incorrect products or missing items should generally be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Reports should include:

• Customer name
• Order number
• Photographs of the shipping box
• Photograph of the shipping label
• Photographs of the packaging
• Clear photographs or video of the product
• Description of the issue

Customers must retain the product and packaging while the matter is being reviewed.

We may offer an appropriate resolution based on the evidence, product type, timing and circumstances.

18. Customer Conduct and Communications

Customers must communicate respectfully with our employees, representatives, delivery partners and contractors.

We may decline service, cancel future bookings or restrict communication when a customer engages in:

• Harassment
• Discrimination
• Fraud
• Abusive language
• Repeated unauthorized chargebacks
• Intentional damage
• Theft or non-return of rental property
• Misuse of our website or services

This does not affect any refund or remedy that the customer is legally entitled to receive.

19. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact Manu Wedding Accessories before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the concern.

Submitting a false, misleading or fraudulent chargeback may result in:

• Cancellation of pending orders
• Suspension from future purchases or rentals
• Submission of order records to the payment provider
• Collection of valid unpaid balances
• Other lawful remedies

We may provide payment processors with relevant records, including order confirmations, policy acceptance, tracking, delivery confirmation and customer communications.

All content available through our website or social-media pages, including:

• Business name
• Logos
• Product photographs
• Videos
• Graphics
• Product descriptions
• Written content
• Designs
• Promotional materials

Customers may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, publish or commercially use this content without prior written permission.

Sharing our publicly posted content through the platform’s normal sharing features is permitted, provided the content is not altered or misrepresented.

When a customer voluntarily submits a review, testimonial, photograph or video for promotional use, the customer confirms that they have the authority to provide it.

We will not intentionally use private customer event photographs for public advertising without permission.

Customers should obtain appropriate permission from photographers, vendors and identifiable individuals before providing professional images for promotional use.
