Design Availability: We make every effort to provide the design shown or selected. Because rental items may be returned late after a previous event, the exact design cannot be guaranteed. If it is unavailable at pickup, we will provide a similar or closest available design from our inventory. If you need a specific design, please choose it from our Purchase section so we can prepare it for your event.

I understand that a similar design may be provided at pickup if my selected design is unavailable.

Rental Item: Phoolon Ka Chadar – Red Rose Elegance for bridal entry and traditional wedding ceremonies.

What You Receive: 1 bridal-entry Phoolon Ka Chadar setup.

Approximate Size: 4 ft × 6 ft.

Design: Rich red roses with greenery, gold hanging chains, and rose-drop details for a traditional red bridal-entry look.

Frame: Lightweight frame designed for customer pickup and transport.

Design Availability: We will do our best to provide the design shown. Because this is rental inventory, exact florals, hanging details, colors, or minor decorative elements may vary due to prior bookings, returns, maintenance, or damage. We will provide the best available comparable design when necessary.

Rental Location: DFW pickup only. Customer pickup and return only; delivery is not available for this item due to its size.

Rental Period: Rentals are charged per booked day. Pickup is 7–9 PM on the selected pickup date. Return is 9 AM–4 PM on the selected return date. The return date must be after the pickup date.

Multiple-Day Bookings: Unused booked days are not refundable. Inventory is reserved for the full booked period and charges are not prorated for early return.

Security Deposit: A refundable deposit may be required and is released after return and inspection, less applicable damage, missing-item, excessive-cleaning, late-return, or other charges. Customers remain responsible for charges exceeding the deposit.

Care & Handling: Handle gently. Avoid pulling the hanging florals, crushing or bending the setup, placing heavy objects on it, or exposing it to conditions that may damage the frame or decorative florals. Return it in the condition received.

Damage / Missing Items: Customers are responsible from pickup until return. Charges may apply for damaged frame sections, detached or damaged florals, missing decorative pieces, loss, or an unreturned item.

Rental Item Condition: Rental items are reused and may show minor normal wear. Items are inspected between rentals.

No Permanent Alterations: No customization or permanent alterations. Do not cut, glue, staple, paint, remove florals, or attach permanent decorations.

Inspect at Pickup: Inspect the setup at pickup and report any significant damage or missing decorative pieces immediately.

Changes & Late Returns: Changes are subject to availability. Late returns may affect the next reservation and may result in additional charges.
