Design Availability: We make every effort to provide the design shown or selected. Because rental items may be returned late after a previous event, the exact design cannot be guaranteed. If it is unavailable at pickup, we will provide a similar or closest available design from our inventory. If you need a specific design, please choose it from our Purchase section so we can prepare it for your event.

I understand that a similar design may be provided at pickup if my selected design is unavailable.

Rental Item: Traditional Brass Marachembu for weddings, poojas, and traditional ceremonies.

What You Receive: 1 Marachembu for the selected rental period.

Material: Brass

Approximate Size: Top diameter – 4 inches; height – 4.5 inches; bottom diameter – 2 inches.

Design Availability: Rental designs, finishes, and minor decorative details may vary. We will provide the best available comparable design from our current collection at pickup. The exact design shown or previously selected cannot always be guaranteed due to prior bookings, returns, maintenance, damage, or other circumstances.

Rental Location: DFW pickup only.

Rental Period: Rentals are charged per booked day. Pickup is 7–9 PM on the selected pickup date. Return is 9 AM–4 PM on the selected return date. The return date must be after the pickup date.

Multiple-Day Bookings: If multiple rental days are booked for convenience, unused days are not refundable. Inventory is reserved for the full booked period and rental charges are not prorated based on early return.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required. The deposit is refunded after the rental item is returned and inspected. Charges for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, late return, or other applicable rental charges may be deducted from the deposit. If charges exceed the deposit, the customer is responsible for the remaining amount.

Cleaning & Care: Please return the Marachembu clean and dry and in the condition received. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive scrubbers, or materials that may damage the brass finish. Cleaning charges may apply if additional cleaning is required.

Damage, Missing or Lost Items: Customers are responsible for the rental item from pickup until return. Charges may apply for damaged, broken, lost, missing, or unreturned items.

Rental Item Condition: Rental items are reused for multiple events and may show minor signs of normal wear. We inspect items between rentals and make every effort to provide them in good, presentable, and usable condition.

No Permanent Alterations: Do not paint, cut, drill, glue, staple, or permanently alter the rental item without prior approval.

Inspect at Pickup: Please inspect the Marachembu at pickup and notify us immediately of any significant damage or concerns.

Changes & Late Returns: Changes to rental dates, times, items, or designs are subject to availability. Late returns may affect the next reservation and may result in additional charges.
