A refundable security deposit applies to rentals. When multiple rental items are booked in the same order, the maximum security deposit charged is $300 per order.

Design Availability: We make every effort to provide the design shown or selected. Because rental items may be returned late after a previous event, the exact design cannot be guaranteed. If it is unavailable at pickup, we will provide a similar or closest available design from our inventory. If you need a specific design, please choose it from our Purchase section so we can prepare it for your event.

I understand that a similar design may be provided at pickup if my selected design is unavailable.

Rental Item: Kanyadanam Set – Red & Bottle Green Chembu & Tambalam for weddings, poojas, and traditional ceremonies.

What You Receive: Select the Chembu or Tambalam Plate rental option available on this listing.

Material: Brass with decorative kundan, pearl, stone, and chain detailing.

Approximate Size: Length 16 inches; width 4 inches; size may vary.

Design: Red & Bottle Green decorative style. Rental colors, finishes, and minor details may vary. We will provide the best available comparable design if necessary.

Rental Location: DFW pickup only.

Rental Period: Charged per booked day. Pickup is 7–9 PM on the selected pickup date. Return is 9 AM–4 PM on the selected return date. The return date must be after the pickup date.

Multiple-Day Bookings: Unused booked days are not refundable and charges are not prorated for early return.

Security Deposit: A refundable deposit may be required and released after return and inspection, less applicable damage, missing-item, cleaning, late-return, or other charges. Customers remain responsible for charges exceeding the deposit.

Cleaning & Care: Return clean, dry, and in the condition received. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasives, extreme temperatures, and rough handling. Cleaning charges may apply.

Damage / Missing Items: Customers are responsible from pickup until return. Charges may apply for damage, breakage, loss, missing pieces, or unreturned items.

Rental Item Condition: Rental pieces are reused and may show minor normal wear; they are inspected between rentals.

No Permanent Alterations: Do not paint, cut, drill, glue, staple, remove decorations, or permanently alter items without approval.

Inspect at Pickup: Inspect the rented piece at pickup and report significant damage or missing decorations immediately.

Changes & Late Returns: Changes are subject to availability. Late returns may affect the next reservation and may result in additional charges.
