Design Availability: We make every effort to provide the design shown or selected. Because rental items may be returned late after a previous event, the exact design cannot be guaranteed. If it is unavailable at pickup, we will provide a similar or closest available design from our inventory. If you need a specific design, please choose it from our Purchase section so we can prepare it for your event.

I understand that a similar design may be provided at pickup if my selected design is unavailable.

Rental Item: Kanyadanam Set – Blue & Pink Chembu & Tambalam for weddings, poojas, and traditional ceremonies.

What You Receive: 1 decorated Chembu & Tambalam set for the selected rental period.

Material: Brass with decorative kundan, pearl, stone, and chain detailing.

Design: Blue & Pink decorative style. Rental colors, finishes, and minor decorative details may vary. We will provide the best available comparable design at pickup if the exact design is unavailable due to prior bookings, returns, maintenance, or damage.

Rental Location: DFW pickup only.

Rental Period: Rentals are charged per booked day. Pickup is 7–9 PM on the selected pickup date. Return is 9 AM–4 PM on the selected return date. The return date must be after the pickup date.

Multiple-Day Bookings: Unused booked days are not refundable. Inventory is reserved for the full booked period and charges are not prorated for early return.

Security Deposit: A refundable deposit may be required and is released after return and inspection, less any applicable damage, missing-item, cleaning, late-return, or other charges. Customers remain responsible for charges exceeding the deposit.

Cleaning & Care: Return all pieces clean, dry, and in the condition received. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning, extreme temperatures, and rough handling. Cleaning charges may apply.

Damage / Missing Items: Customers are responsible for the rental items from pickup until return. Charges may apply for damage, breakage, loss, missing pieces, or unreturned items.

Rental Item Condition: Rental pieces are reused and may show minor normal wear. Items are inspected between rentals.

No Permanent Alterations: Do not paint, cut, drill, glue, staple, remove decorations, or permanently alter the items without approval.

Inspect at Pickup: Please inspect all pieces at pickup and report any significant damage or missing pieces immediately.

Changes & Late Returns: Changes are subject to availability. Late returns may affect the next reservation and may result in additional charges.
