Store painted clothing in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and discoloration. Additionally, consider placing a layer of tissue paper between painted garments to prevent color transfer. Do not store painted clothing in plastic bags or containers, as this can trap moisture and lead to mold or mildew growth. With proper storage, your painted clothes will remain vibrant and beautiful for years to come.

Rental Information & Terms

Pickup Time
Rental items are generally available for pickup between 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM on the selected pickup date. Pickup times may occasionally vary depending on the previous rental return. We will communicate with you if there are any changes or delays.

Return / Drop-Off Time
Rental items should generally be returned by 4:00 PM the following day. If you need a later return time, please contact us in advance. Later returns may be accommodated depending on the next booking and item availability.

Please note that late returns without prior approval may affect the next customer’s reservation and may be subject to an additional late fee.

Design Availability
We will do our best to provide the exact design selected during booking. However, due to previous bookings, late returns, damage, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances, a selected design may occasionally be unavailable. In such cases, we may provide a similar design of comparable style and value.

Size & Appearance Variations
As these are rental items, sizes, dimensions, colors, finishes, and minor design details may vary slightly from the photos shown on our website. If a specific size or measurement is important for your event, please contact us before booking.

Refundable Security Deposit
The security deposit will be refunded after all rental items have been returned and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after inspection. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Damage, Missing or Lost Items
Customers are responsible for rental items from the time of pickup until they are returned. Charges may apply for items that are damaged, broken, lost, missing, or not returned. Applicable charges may be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost exceeds the security deposit, the customer will be responsible for the remaining amount.

Rental Item Condition
Our rental items are reused for multiple events and may have minor signs of normal wear and use. We inspect our items between rentals and make every effort to provide them in good, presentable, and usable condition.

No Permanent Alterations
Please do not paint, cut, drill, glue, staple, or otherwise permanently alter rental items without prior approval.

Inspect at Pickup
Please inspect your rental items at the time of pickup and notify us immediately of any significant damage, missing pieces, or other concerns.

Changes & Cancellations
Changes to rental dates, times, designs, items, or quantities are subject to availability. Last-minute changes may not always be possible.
